How to Demote a user from being a Workflow Approver

Cause

New to functionality 

Resolution

Go to System Administration>Security>User Attributes 

  1. Select Search 
  2. Enter User ID
  3. Select Accept 
  4. Select Workflow Detail 
  5. Select Demote next to User is a Workflow Approver 
  6. Select Yes when prompted Are you sure you wish to remove the approver permission?
    1. Enter new User ID to send outstanding pending action and business rules to
