Cannot print the Maintenance Tab of a work order asset

Context

Tyler EAM

Cause

No option to print Maintenance Tab from Assets program

Resolution

Users can use alternative EAM reporting options:

  • Work Order Inquiry
    • Search by asset code to see all of the work associated with that asset
    • Export find set
  • Flexible Work Order Report
    • Define for a specific subject of service to see all of the work associated with that asset
