Description of Issue
Process status did not move for Boats from 1 to 3. Final commitment for boats has not been run
Context
MUNIS 11.3
Cause
User needs to make sure to check off "Final commitment". And also to save the spool file.
Resolution
After selecting the final commitment and saving data to the spool file. Go into spool directory to confirm your data is saved and confirm the boat bills are present. The process status will move from 1 to 3.
Go to:
Department Functions> My Saved reports > Search and find your saved report.
