How to update the collector name

Description of Issue

The town's collector name has changed 
Or
Your town's collector name on the municipal lien certificate is displaying incorrectly 

Context

MUNIS 11.3 or higher

Cause

Wrong name listed in MUNIS

Resolution

Property revenue> Property tax billing > Northeast > Massachusetts> Assessor Setup > Tax Settings


Go to the tab called collections > Update > In the box labeled: : "COLLECTOR" update that name. > Accept. 

Name will appear correctly on documents including the MLC
