How to update the collectors name on MLC

MLC needs to be updated with new Collector name.

• Property Revenues

• Northeast

• Massachusetts

• Tax Settings (txparmnt)

• Municipal Lien Certificate (tmalienc)

The Collector name needs to be updated in Tax Settings.

1. Go to Tax Settings by Searching or following the path:  Property Revenue> Property tax billing > Northeast > Massachusetts> Assessor Set up> Tax settings.

2. Cick the Collections tab.

3. Click update and enter the desired name in the Collector field then click accept.

4.  Click Close to exit Tax Settings.

5. Print a MLC to verify changes took effect.
