Employee Failing To Receive Time-off Request Approval Emails

Description of Issue

A employee configured to entered time off requests is failing to receive an email notification when their request gets approved.

Cause

The option to Notify the originator in Workflow Settings was not checked off. 

Resolution

1. Navigate to ERP > System Administration > Workflow Administration > Workflow Settings > Approval Aging tab

2. Click Define in the tool bar

3. Flag the box for Notify the originator

4. Click Accept
