This has been resolved in 2024.2 and above. Install the latest Tyler Deploy release for your current Enterprise ERP version.

Development is currently researching slowness when setting the Year range from 0 to the current year. Current workaround at this time is to run the Year range for a single year. Contact Enterprise ERP Tax Support for further assistance.
