How to gain Org Admin access to Admin Center



Description of Issue
  • Looking for the ability to manage Tyler Identity Workforce logins, branding, customization, etc.

  • Need Organizational Admin access to Admin Center to administer users and to perform other IT tasks

  • An admin would like to get added to the Admin Center as an Org Admin

  • Admin access to the Admin Center is needed by Site Admin

Cause

Admin Center is a centralized administrative tool to manage Tyler Identity Workforce (TID-W) and participating Tyler solutions. It serves as a starting point for administrative tasks typically performed by client IT administrators.



Resolution
  1. If your site has an existing Org Admin in the Admin Center, have them add you with the following steps. This person is typically an IT administrator.

    1. Log into Admin Center https://<customeridentifier>-admin.tylerportico.com/org/admin-center/

    2. Navigate to Roles > Organization Admin

    3. Click + Assign Users

    4. Find and selected desired user

    5. Click Save

  2. If your site does not currently have an Org Admin, or the Org Admin is unavailable, please contact Tyler Systems Management Support or submit a case via the Online Support Client Portal for assistance.

    1. Provide first name, last name, and email address of the person to be added as an Org Admin
