If your site has an existing Org Admin in the Admin Center, have them add you with the following steps. This person is typically an IT administrator.
1. Log into Admin Center https://<customeridentifier>-admin.tylerportico.com/org/admin-center/
2. Navigate to Roles > Organization Admin
3. Click + Assign Users
4. Find and selected desired user
5. Click Save
If your site does not currently have an Org Admin, or the Org Admin is unavailable, please contact Tyler Systems Management Support or submit a case via the Online Support Client Portal for assistance.
1. Provide first name, last name, and email address of the person to be added as an Org Admin
