TCM - Need permissions to access Forms and Process Manager resources for ERP Employee Onboarding

How to add permissions to allow for access to Employee Onboarding resources in Content Manager and ERP > HCM > Personnel Actions

Site administrators can log into the CM Full client and assign users to the permissions groups associated with Onboarding.
How to Access and Launch the TCM Full Client

• Click on Web Application > Forms for the Forms Manger Overview, including permissions and Fillable Forms content.
• Click on Web Application > Employee Onboarding for Information regarding Workflow, Setup and Permissions group assignment.
