Not able to release batch from Time Entry

Description of Issue

When clicking on the release option to release batch from Time Entry nothing happens and no errors show.

Context
  • Enterprise ERP

  • Payroll Processing 

  • Payroll Time Entry

Cause

Resolution
  1. Clear the browser cache

  2. Log out of Munis

  3. Wait for one minute.

  4. Log back in to Enterprise ERP and try again.
