Advanced scheduling - the Batch publishing job is not publishing all Requirement by position additions and edits to a published shift

Description of Issue

The Batch publishing job is not accounting for all additions/edits made to the Requirements by position on a published shift. The job only accounts for the first of the newly added requirements.

Cause

Resolution

In order to have all your shifts updated to your schedule:

  1. Navigate to Scheduler Editor

  2. Select Schedule Maintenance

  3. Locate the schedule that has the published shifts

  4. Click the slashed cloud icon to unpublish the shift

  5. Select Unpublish All → wait for this to complete

  6. Click on the cloud & arrow icon to publish the schedule

  7. Select the start date of when the shifts should be published

  8. Select the end date of when the shifts should stop publishing

  9. Click Publish
