Environments in AWS Cloud Admin are Offline

System is offline: Access via TylerHub to start.

Context

Cause

Some AWS servers utilize an auto-shutdown of non-production environments and will go offline after a period of inactivity. They will automatically restart when logging into the environment.

Resolution
  1. Log into non-production Hub environment. This may take a couple minutes to load for the first login.

  2. After about 5 minutes, refreshing the page in Cloud Admin should show the environments are back online.
