Resident Access Navigator Page Displays Under Construction Error.

The Navigator page has not been fully configured within Resident Access.

1. Browse to https://<clientidentifier>.tylerportico.com 
2. Select Resident Access > sign in with Community credentials > select Find Another Service
3. If the Under Construction error populates, this confirms the Navigator install/configuration has been completed and Implementation must work with the client to populate the page.
