General Ledger setting Default Journal Status set to None - Workflow
GLJ business rules are set up
Auto Approvals are not turned on for GLJ in Workflow Settings

None of the accounts listed on the journal are part of the segment range(s) defined on the GLJ business rules. No GLJ workflow will be triggered, and the journal will go to Approved status.
None of the accounts listed on the journal detail meet the amount range threshold defined on GLJ business rules.
Workflow rule is flagged as interface that is only compatible with Journal Import GNI journals that have option include interface selected.
User Defined Fields are defined on the GLJ rules but not used or not matching on the journal.
Current GLJ business rule will need to meet the defined criteria of that record step to be include the account(s) for future workflow to be triggered.
