Is Cloud Admin still necessary after converting to TID-W and what are it's uses?

Would like clarity on the role Cloud Admin plays after converting to TID-W

Although Cloud Admin will no longer be used to manage user's logins to your Tyler applications, there will still be many uses of this service

• SaaS environment refreshes and backups

• SSRS user management

• Cubes user management

SSRS and cubes require a database account for permissions. These accounts are separate Okta for security and logistic reasons and are still managed through Cloud Admin.
