Description of Issue

After creating a Salary Benefit Projection, in Projection Job Salary, some employees are missing Job Salary Records.

Context
  • Human Capital Management

  • Payroll

  • Salary and Benefit Projections

Cause

Software Defect

Resolution

When Released, Load Munis Software Update:

MUN-480394 Version 2021.11.0.851

MUN-480517 Version 2021.12

Additional Information

If Projection Job Salary Records are missing, it causes the Position to show Vacant since it is the Job Salary Record that shows who is filling the Position.

The issue of missing Job Salary records in Projection occurs when there are more than 1000 Job Salary Records to be copied from Live to Projection, Munis stops copying at 1000. The work ticket will fix that, so it does not stop copying records once it hits 1000.
