Description of Issue

Employee Job/Salary records that exist in Live are not pulling into the Projection.



Context

  • Enterprise ERP Payroll

  • Salary and Benefit Projections

  • Projection Start and Status

  • Employee Job/Salary

  • Employee Job Salary



Cause

Effective End Date of the Pay Records in Live are dated before the Start Date of the Salary Projection.



Resolution

Start a new projection and back date the Start Date of the projection.  Or change the Pay End Date in the Employee Job/Salary records, then refresh the Employee tables in the salary projection.
