Workaround is to use the Receipt Source field in either Receipt Inquiry or Bill Inquiry, which should be populated as County Property Payments. This should be used to determine how the Receipt was generated.
The County Property Payments program is used to transfer the unpaid back taxes from subsequent Tax and/or Lien Bills to the oldest Category 24 Deed Bill belonging to the Parcel. The process is run yearly while the Parcel remains Active in County Property. A Payment Transaction is created to zero-out the Parcel's delinquent category 20 and/or 23 bill(s), At the very same time, an Adjustment Transaction is created to increase the category 24 bill by the amount that was zeroed-out.
