Need to enter information into Ref3 Field in Accounting Entries

Cause

Resolution

  1. Browse to Financials > General Ledger Menu > Journal Entry/History > Accounting Entries

  2. From the General Journal tab, select Add Journal.

  3. Complete the journal header fields

  4. After completing the header fields, select Save.

  5. Click on Additional Attributes, enter information in reference 3

  6. Under Journal Lines, select Add Line to specify the accounts and amounts.

  7. After completing the detail fields, select Save.
