Unable to add a Note in ESS Time Entry

An Employee is missing the Notes section while adding time into ESS Time Entry

• ESS

• Enterprise ERP

• EERP

• Location Codes

Notes was not selected to show in the Location Codes program

1. Navigate to the Locations Code program  ERP>HCM>Payroll>Payroll Setup>Location Codes

2. Click the Search button in the tool bar 

3. Input the Location Code associated with the Employee

4. Click on the ESS Options tab

5. Click Update in the tool bar 

6. Check the box for Notes

7. Click Accept
