ReadyForms warning message-Unrecommended Delivery Definition

When processing Payroll Advices using ReadyForms, user gets following message: 

Unrecommended Delivery Definition Configuration. The selected delivery definition may result in emailing and/or archiving of files containing multiple records. This is not a typical configuration and is not recommended. ReadyForms Templates used for emailing and archiving should produce individual files per record. review the template's 'Advanced Output' section of the ReadyForms Template configuration application for the template used in the selected delivery definition.

The Template being used for a step in the Delivery Definition that is not Download or Print is set to Single File under the Advanced Output Options. This option should only be used for a Download or Print step. 

1. Navigate to Tyler Menu>Forms>Enterprise Forms Administration.

2. Select the Template Category.

3. Select applicable Template.

4. Click Configuration Options tab.

5. Click Advanced Output.

6. Select Split Into Multiple.
