• Bank routing # not found for EFT Auto payment sign up
• I am unable to setup automatic EFT payments with a new bank because they do not show up in the dropdown when entering either the routing number or the bank name.

UBCIS, Bank Codes, Accounts Payable

Citizen's bank is new and they are not included in our bank codes

You may add a bank routing number through the Bank Codes program:

Navigate to Enterprise ERP > Financials > Accounts Payable > Setup > Bank Codes

1. Click Add option in the toolbar
2. Enter the appropriate bank information
3. Click Accept option in the toolbar when data entry is complete

Add new Bank Code and Bank Account for use in Bank Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation Manager
