Description of Issue

Unable to "Execute" Earnings and Deductions. When user clicks button, nothing happens. 

Context

  • Enterprise ERP 

  • Payroll

  • Payroll Start and Status

  • Generate Earnings and Deductions 

Cause

Need to define the screen first.

Resolution

  1. Go to Payroll Start and Status (Payroll> Payroll Processing> Payroll Start and Status).

  2. Click Generate Earnings and Deductions.

  3. Click Define. Define applicable fields. 

  4. Click Accept.

  5. Click Execute.
