Description of Issue
Unable to manually type in a cause code in Convert Service Requests if it's longer than 5 characters
Context
Enterprise Asset Management

Cause
Defect occurs when cause codes are longer than 5 characters
Resolution
Install MUN-377930 once it's been released
Workaround: Use field help to select the cause code instead of manually typing it into the Convert Service Requests program
