Description of Issue

Would like to update the message included in the auto generated email that sends GB invoices out.

Cause

Users may need to update email message sent with Readyforms Documents.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to System Administration > Printer/Device Administration > Readyforms > Delivery Definitions.
  2. Click Search and enter the relevant Name or Document Model.
  3. Click Accept.
  4. Highlight the Email step.
  5. Click the Update button under the Steps section.
  6. Scroll to the bottom and enter the new text in the Message field.
  7. Click Accept.
