Project accounts apply box checked by default when entering Gen journal or BUA

When entering a gen journal or a BUA, the Project accounts apply box is checked by default

• Gen Journal Entry/Proof

• Budget Transfers/Amendments 

This is due to the Project Accounting permission Apply projects to transactions by default

If the box should default unchecked, the Project Accounting permission to Apply projects to transactions by default needs to be unchecked on applicable role(s):

System Administration>Security>User Attributes

1. Click Search

2. Enter User ID

3. Click Accept

4. Highlight Role to grant access to

5. Click Edit Role

6. Click Project Accounting folder

7. Click Update

8. Uncheck Apply projects to transactions by default

9. Click Accept
