Adding hyperlink on the Email body message in ReadyForms Delivery Definition

Need to add a hyperlink on RF email message.

URL is too long.

Navigate to System Administration > Printer / Device Administration > ReadyForms > Delivery Definitions

1. Click Search to locate the delivery definition
2. Click Accept
3. Under the Steps heading, click on the Email Step
4. Click Update
5. Under the Actions, scroll down to the Body message:
   1. Type the opening tag
   2. Type the attribute 
   3. Type the anchor text: this is the content users click
   4. Type closing tag. Ex.:<a href="www.google.com ">Google</a>
