Description of Issue

  • Recording Fee is not included on the Instrument of Taking.

  • The Recording Fee is missing on the Instrument of Taking. 

Context

  • Property Tax Billing

  • Titles

  • Instrument of Taking (ttinsttk)

Cause

This is by design. The Recording Fee is the cost of filing the Title. The Title is what is owed up to the filing, therefore the Recording Fee is not included on the Instrument of Taking.

Resolution

All other fees will show on the Instrument of Taking, except for the Recording Fee.
