Disabled TID In Time and Attendance - Unable To Login

Description of Issue

Tyler Identity was toggled off by mistake and not nobody can login to Time & Attendance.

Cause

Resolution

In order to log back into the application through TID:

  1. Login with the admin account for username admin

  2. Navigate to System Configuration

  3. Select Admin

  4. Check the box for Enable Tyler Identity

  5. Click Save
