Missing Roles When Creating WF Business Rules

Description of Issue

When creating a Workflow Business Rule go to assign roles, there are roles that are just missing from the list.

Context

Cause

The roles trying to be used for the rule were not assigned to a user.

Resolution

Navigate to  Enterprise ERP>System Administration>Security>User Attributes

  1. Click Search

  2. Enter User ID of an approver needing the Role

  3. Click Add under the Roles section

  4. Select the Role that is needed on the rule being created

    1. Use the field help if the Role name is not known

  5. Click Accept

Once the Role is assigned return to the Business Rule Program and the Role should be selectable
