PMS Workflow Approval sent through incorrect workflow role

Description of Issue
The HR department was trying to process a salary change for an employee and the PMS workflow notification went to the wrong approver

Cause
Personnel Action was released before the salary changes were made in the action.
Resolution
Create Personnel Action and make all necessary changes under Details within the action. Once all changes and updates are made then release the action into workflow.
Work ticket MUN-486202, Incorrect Workflow Business Rule is being used with Personnel Actions if setup for Segment, is currently open with Development for this issue.
