Information not displaying in Former Employee Access

Description of Issue

When retired or former employees sign into Former Employee Access, information such as pay stubs, W-2's, etc. is not displaying for them.

Cause

Former employee has not been configured in the Tyler Employee Access Settings program.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Tyler Employee Access Settings

    1. Enterprise ERP > Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Personnel Setup > Tyler Employee Access Settings

  2. Click the Users button in the ribbon

  3. Click Search and type in the employee's information before clicking Accept to bring up the user's record

    1. If no results are returned, click Add to create a new record for the user

      1. If you are adding a new record, define the Employee Access settings to include the missing information

      2. If you find a pre-existing record, click Update and adjust the configuration as needed before clicking Accept to save changes
