Permissions needed to access Termination Wizard

What permissions are needed for employees to access the Terminate Wizard?

Cause

Informational.

Resolution
  • If a user’s HR Management/Payroll Role indicates the user is a Personnel Superuser, they may use the Employee Terminate Wizard.

  • If the user is a Payroll Superuser but NOT a Personnel Superuser, the user must insert permissions into Personnel Actions -

    1. Navigate to Roles

      1. Enterprise ERP > System Administration > Security > Roles

    2. Search for the role you wish to edit and click Accept

    3. Click into the HR Management/Payroll folder

    4. Click Update

    5. Ensure that the following permissions are specified under the Personnel Actions column of the Category Access tab:

      1.  Employee Master Main: Update/Delete or Hide SSN (Update/Delete)

      2. Employee Master Dates: Update/Delete or Hide SSN (Update/Delete)

      3. Employee Pay: Update/Delete or Hide SSN (Update/Delete)

      4. Employee Deductions: Update/Delete or Hide SSN (Update/Delete)

      5. Employee Accruals: Update/Delete or Hide SSN (Update/Delete)

      6. Personnel Actions: Update/Delete or Hide SSN (Update/Delete)

    6. Click Accept to finalize changes
