Retro Generate shows records to be Generated but Displays There are No Records to Load

Description of Issue
  • When I enter the Generate Retro Pay, it displays the Generate message saying, There are X unique retroactive employee pay records that can be generated. When clicking Yes, it displays the browse of the records. After clicking Execute and running the generate wide open, it processes, but when returning back to the Process Retroactive Pay screen, it displays, There are no records to load in the bottom left. 

  • In Generate Retro Pay when Generating Records they will not generate into Process Retro Pay, they remain in Generate and do not move.

Install applicable work ticket once available:

MUN-487565 - V2024.1

Additional Information

Workaround would be to manually add in the retro pay into the payroll.Â
