Hours Request Code Not Showing On Timecard

When adding an hours request to the timecard by selecting Add new Clock in/out Entry, we hit save and it only appears on the Hours Request screen and not the timecard. How do we get this pay code to appear on the time card?

The reason why the pay code does not automatically appear on the timecard is because it is a clock in and out pay code and not a duration code. Clock in and out pay codes do not have an approved status when used and because of this, the entry goes straight to the Hours Request screen to be approved. If the code was a duration code, then it would show on the timecard as approved and the Hours Request screen as approved.
