How to turn off GeoData on TouchTime clock

Description of Issue

Client noticed that one of the timeclocks profile had GeoData enabled and requested assistance on how to turn it off

Resolution
  1. Within the Time and Attendance application, navigate to System Admin > Timeclock Management > Authorized

  2. Select the Pencil - Edit Button on the target clock's profile

  3. Select the GeoData icon button next to the GeoData field

  4. A map will open with a specific location zoomed in on where the clock is physically located

  5. To the right, select Clear

  6. At the bottom, select OK

  7. Select Save on the clock profile

  8. Ensure that the GeoData Icon now has a line through it on the target profiles clock on the Authorized tab
