Description of Issue
Client downloads the Preview export before moving to payroll but when they clicked "Download Preview" it gives an error no Export Available

Cause
The issue was due to "Cannot export: Export already running" located in the application logs. This is due to them clicking preview more than once making the application try to run the preview twice.
