Part time employee generating salaried hours.

Client reported that a new part time employee was generating automatic hours on their time card for the previous period.

The reason why the part time employee was generating salaried hours is because by mistake before the period his employee had the wrong employee type selected. Even though it currently showed the correct type it still showed the generated hours on the time card. The resolution is to edit for history.

Edit Employee for History in Time and Attendance

When selecting the date make sure to select the date that falls on the start of the pay period of the effected time card.
