  • User has no rights to create/maintain REQs

Created/Allocated

  •  User can Create/Allocate REQs 

Rejected

  • User can Activate, Modify, and Release

Released - when approver

  • Users can modify REQs they entered that are at status Created, Rejected, or Released when they are the approver.

Released - all

  • Users can perform the task on REQ that are at status Created, Rejected, or Released whether they are approver or not. 

Approved

  • Users can perform tasks on REQ that are at status Approved
