Unable to see Unreleased Req button in Requisition Entry

Unreleased Req button is missing from the users ribbon in Requisition Entry 

• Munis
• Requisition Entry 

User does not have permission to Verify Released REQs in User Attributes 

 System Administration > Security > User Attributes 

1. Search for the User Id
2. Select the role which grants permission to Requisitions 
3. Click Edit Role option at the bottom of the screen 
4. Click Requisition folder 
5. Click Update 
6. Grant access to Verify Released REQs
7. Click Accept
