Calendar view is not showing subordinates time off requests in Employee Access

Description of Issue

When viewing the Calendar in Employee Access the Time Off requests for the subordinates are not showing in the Calendar View

Cause

The supervisors user record in Tyler Employee Access Setting is missing a Names Level of at least 1

Resolution
  1. Go to Tyler Employee Access Settings

    1. (Human Capital Management> Human Resources> Personnel Setup> Tyler Employee Access Settings)

  2. Click Users in Ribbon Toolbar

  3. Search the supervisor's employee number

  4. Click Update

  5. Update the Names Level field to at least 1

  6. Click Accept
