Clear approvals when workflow ends with faulted status

Description of Issue

When a timecard approval workflow ends with a faulted status, the time entry and pay period approvals remain and some icons show green or partially approved giving the impression the workflow is still active.

Cause

Resolution

The workaround is to have the employee resubmit the timecard. It should not be necessary to edit a time entry to clear approvals and cancel the workflow because the workflow completed with a "faulted" status.

  1. The employee should navigate to Employee Actions

  2. Select Time Approvals

  3. Click Approve & Submit
