Add New User in Admin Center
We need to add a non-domain user for access to EERP

User Management
Enterprise ERP
User Store
Non-Domain
EERP
Hub
Instructional
Log in to Admin Center as an Org Admin e.g. https://<customeridentifier>-admin.tylerportico.com/org/admin-center
Navigate to Workforce Identity from the left tool bar
Select Domains
Type the domain of the user to be added, hit ENTER button
Click Save
Click on Users on the left tool bar
Click + Add User
Enter the First Name, Last Name and Email Address of the user
Click Next
Assign any necessary groups to the user, or do not select any groups for just EERP Hub access
Click Next
Review the details and click Save & Close
The user will receive an email with instructions to activate their account and set their password

Note that users added must have an existing User Attributes account in EERP with matching email, enabled, and with an active role to view EERP data in Hub
