Add New User in Admin Center

We need to add a non-domain user for access to EERP

Resolution
  1. Log in to Admin Center as an Org Admin e.g. https://<customeridentifier>-admin.tylerportico.com/org/admin-center

  2. Navigate to Workforce Identity from the left tool bar

  3. Select Domains

  4. Type the domain of the user to be added, hit ENTER button

  5. Click Save

  6. Click on Users on the left tool bar

  7. Click + Add User

  8. Enter the First Name, Last Name and Email Address of the user

  9. Click Next

  10. Assign any necessary groups to the user, or do not select any groups for just EERP Hub access

  11. Click Next

  12. Review the details and click Save & Close

  13. The user will receive an email with instructions to activate their account and set their password

Note that users added must have an existing User Attributes account in EERP with matching email, enabled, and with an active role to view EERP data in Hub
