Time entries lumped in payroll export

Description of Issue

Client reported that three different time entries on the time card lumped together for a total hours on the payroll export.

Cause

Upon investigation of the time card the entries were being lumped into the same date of 6/16 for a combined total of hours. On the time card the time card had a clock in/out entry for zero hours. Reverting the payroll and deleting the entry for zero hours un-combined the entries on the payroll.

Resolution

First you must revert the payroll for the affected employee

ExecuTime - Payroll revert for one employee

Now delete the entry

  1. Login to Time & Attendance with Admin Access
  2. Click Supervisor Actions
  3. Click Time Approval
  4. Click History
  5. Select the affected pay period
  6. Click Delete on the incorrect time entry
  7. Re-approve at both employee and approver

Now set the pay period back to processed
