Time entries lumped in payroll export
Description of Issue
Client reported that three different time entries on the time card lumped together for a total hours on the payroll export.

Cause
Upon investigation of the time card the entries were being lumped into the same date of 6/16 for a combined total of hours. On the time card the time card had a clock in/out entry for zero hours. Reverting the payroll and deleting the entry for zero hours un-combined the entries on the payroll.
Resolution
First you must revert the payroll for the affected employee
ExecuTime - Payroll revert for one employee
Now delete the entry
- Login to Time & Attendance with Admin Access
- Click Supervisor Actions
- Click Time Approval
- Click History
- Select the affected pay period
- Click Delete on the incorrect time entry
- Re-approve at both employee and approver
Now set the pay period back to processed
