How to Process Time History Processing in ExecuTime



Description of Issue

I need to run the Time History Adjustment in ExecuTime to reconcile for previous pay periods. (Time History Processing)

Resolution

In order to run Time History Processing, you must be logged into ExecuTime with the Admin credentials. If you do not have access, please call Payroll Support to assist.

If you do have the login credentials:

  1. Log into ExecuTime with Admin username and password.
  2. Navigate to System Admin > UI Environment Flags > Admin. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Time History Processing
    1. In ExecuTime Version 2020 go to System Configuration>Admin. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Time History Processing
  3. Click Processed Processing Status
  4. Check the Use Timestamps checkbox
  5. Select the payroll period from the Timestamp List drop down arrow.
  6. Populate remaining applicable fields. Click Set time in history to selected status. Number of processed records will display.

If the Use Timestamps option does not appear to mark records as processed:

  1.  Click Processed Processing Status
  2. Check the Use Date Range checkbox
  3. Define the Start Date and End Date.
  4. Populate remaining applicable fields. Click Set time in history to selected status. Number of processed records will display.
Cause

Time Entry Processing is not available if User is not logged into ExecuTime with Admin credentials.
