ExecuTime Employee Integration issues
Description of Issue
When running the employee integration, employees are not integrating into ExecuTime
Context
- ExecuTime
- ET
- Timekeeping
- TK
- Munis
Cause
Under the Employee Build Mapping configuration, the HireDate field had an incorrect selection made
Resolution
- Log into ExecuTime as an admin user
- Select the System Configuration tab
- Select Admin
- Select Employee Mapping Table
- In the ExecuTime Field Name of hireDate, change the Payroll System Data type to String (All fields in this column that has a selection made should have string selected instead of Date)
Note: In versions less than 2020.1, the Admin tab will be listed under System Admin > UI Environment Flags > Admin
