Misunderstanding of the different program notification uses.
For notifications for the Scheduled/Subscribed ExecuTime integration, use Munis Scheduled Jobs within Entity Service Configuration.
Munis Scheduled Jobs within Entity Service Configuration (Munis > System Administration > General Administration > Entity Service Configuration) allows for a notification to be sent for the Subscribed and Scheduled ExecuTime Integration. The user information within Munis must be defined for that notification to be sent. If the job has no reason to run, it won’t run.
The ExecuTime notifications (ExecuTime > System Admin > Security & Permissions > Pencil Icon for appropriate role > Notifications) allow you to define what types of actions create notifications, such as the Time Card was approved.
