Supervisor unable to see forwarded time in ESS Time Entry

Context

Resolution

Confirm the supervisor has an active User Attributes record in Munis
1. (Munis → System Administration → Security → User Attributes)
Ensure the user has the workflow approver permission defined under the tab workflow detail
1. (MSS → Administration → User Administration)
Confirm the user has been setup in the program ESS Additional Supervisor
1. (Munis → Human Resources/Payroll → Payroll Setup → Time Entry Setup → ESS Additional Supervisors)
In ESS ensure the Munis User ID is associated with the supervisor profile
Verify the supervisor profile has at least names level 1
