Receive an error during Checklist Code import:
- Error calling wminsert 1036 -268 [ISAM -2601]
Unique constraint <constraint-name> violated. - Error retrieving misc code data - 234 100

Attempting to import codes that are already created
Resolution
Verify which codes have previously been built, and remove those codes from the import file
