Resolution
  • The Start Date in Employee Accruals is a reference for when the defined Accrual Type and Table was started for the employee.  It determines when an employee should be able to earn or use accrual hours in the payroll.
  • The Accrual Date is compared to the service units on the Accrual Table to determine what the employee earns.
